We offer a range of workshops and seminars designed to add value to your organisation. These are lively, informative and enjoyable learning
experiences. With the onset of the 'credit crunch' Creativity has never been needed more so we have created our
Bite Size Creativity workshop for businesses
on a tight budget.
For those with a little more time we have Business Creativity, Creating The Difference, Idea Generation and Team Technology. We do at to our list of offerings all the time so if you are looking for a Creativity or Innovation based workshop then please get in touch.
Modules can be mixed and matched to provide 'taster' sessions and some can make a welcome addition to off site events or training days, ranging from the serious to the more light hearted. With a low minimum attendance, our workshops are a cost effective way of delivering organisational development activities.
We also raise awareness of key issues surrounding Innovation through speaking engagements. Current topics include Creating The Difference and Creativity as a Business Tool.
Creating The Difference (2 days)
This provides a basic toolbox of techniques for all those involved in management, not just those who are managers by job title. Topics covered include creative styles, creative organisations, alternative thinking, problem solving frameworks, innovation and entrepreneurship. Idea Generation (1 day)
This workshop covers the same material as our Business Creativity workshop but in slightly less detail. The aim is to provide attendees with sufficient skills to be able to generate and filter ideas and create a number of well formed ideas for your business. This usually involves large amounts of post-its, flip chart paper, finger paints, play dough, coloured pens and more. It is a great favourite for seminars and conference breakout sessions.
