Who are Creative Business Solutions?

Experts in Business Creativity and Innovation Creative Business Solutions is a UK based consultancy with expertise in delivering Creativity and Innovation projects. We also specialise in training and development activities in areas directly related to the success of Creativity and Innovation projects such as Leadership and Management, Team Building and Cultural Change.

Because we are not a 'jack of all trades' we have developed relationships with partner organisations that can deliver value in other areas such as Human Resources, Merger and Acquisition, Change Management, Interim Management, Outplacement and Career Management. Through strategic relationships we also have a presence around the UK and abroad in South America, Europe and Asia and Africa.

 

How do we work?

Whilst other consultancies are still working with 'change management', 'organisational development' or 'management development', we have developed a process called Managing The Difference.

As change can be reversed we want to create a change that cannot be reversed - create the difference. As innovation is a continuous change process it requires something more than traditional organisational development models. We have developed new models and ideas to share with our clients
in order help them grow and be successful.

Our programme of workshops and seminars helps through creating awareness and transferring knowledge to client organisations. This ensures that when we leave, the knowledge and skills remain with you. We do not wish to become a substitute labour force.

What sort of things do we do?

We  work with you to realise the full potential of your organisation by  removing or changing the constraints imposed on it.  We passionately believe in the 'application of imagination' to business. We do not  think 'out of the box' because for us there was no box to begin with!
